nice tag but i think maybe u should shapren him coz like on the roght the effects kinda over power the whole sig and the render aswe...
i love underwater sigs. to make it better you should sharpen around the middle and some focal points and leave the edges really blurry. thats what i like to do. otherwise its just fantastic
