I really don't like Sprite Sigs, but this one is really good. Awesome work.

 

bring out the little glows, make em stars or someting and i think it'd look rly nice ^^

 

Remove the text and work on your coloring and background more.
Effects are also really simple, give them a boost

Maybe make the render a little bit bigger, but pretty nice work on it so far.
