im kinda looking for a techno border, not to touch, also i need a tutorial on like a laser effect or flame sorta one any help o.o;
i normally go with very very simple borders, but for tech stuff u should use brushes, check the brushes section of the forums and see if u find some stuff u like, im not very good with the lazer thing though :/
