Help Please

    I want to request a video tutorial on how to do this:

    I NEED to know how to do the swirly things around his arm with the pen tool. I've READ a tutorial on it before but I don't understand it so I need a video. I'm a visual learner. So someone please help me out. I'm getting very angry because no one will ever help me with this :(

    EDIT: I GOT HELP NOW AND A TUTORIAL

    the thing on his arm will have been done with a small brush, probably soft, duplicate it into 2 layers and blur the bottom one, sharpen the top one. you just have to be careful so the top and bottom look like they meet behind the arm (look at them as if they are stretched "S"s as u draw them)

    Yes it is,thats why I said Edit:I got a tutorial and help now. I got a video tutorial about a week ago. Way before that other dude replied.
