Doesn't look finished to me, lacks ALOT of action for me to like it.
Try adding a few C4D's and maybe get some darker areas for the
tag to get a better vibe, but that's only what I'd do though.

the head looks positioned awkward and it could use more brushing and maybe a text with a nice border. keep trying though

 

I like the calm clarity of it.
But I do agree, could use some pimpage.

It's quite plain, especially around the left side, add some more effects and it would be much better

 

Simple is nice, but this could use just a little moar. It's very nice, just not finished, get crackin, I wanna see the finished tag, lol, peace.
