Cod 4 Enemy Intel Problem.

Well, I've collected 20 enemy intels so far. And to my surprise I have not received the achievement for acquiring 15 enemy intels. Have I done something wrong because I should have gained it by now.

What is the problem and if you're unsure can someone tell me where to go to fix it?

its probably when you finish the campaign

 

Achievements are usually instant so I'm not sure.... :mellow:

 

Is there someway to contact microsoft or some sort of support and question them? I have not found set place myself.

 

restart the campaign and collect the intel again as a test. i cant think of anything else to do

 

lol i had collected like 5 or so to get the lower things unlocked and i had to finish the campaign all the way through while gathering more intel to get the unlock and then i played campaign again with the unlocks ^_^

 

Did you have any cheats activated? I've heard that messes up the intel achievements. :/

 

I did have some cheats on just to get to the intel quicker, I never noticed the thing that says achievements don't work with it on. This is bad considering the fact that I might have to delete my saved files for it. Does deleting my saved files for CoD 4 delete my online stats or only my single-player things?

 

I don't know how anyone can use cheats for a CoD game.

Anyway, try it again without cheats activated. That'll probably do something.

 

When you unlock intels you unlock campaign cheats. I used campaign cheats to acquire some by accident and now I can't recover them. I'd love to be able to replay through it but I can't because the intels disappear after the first time you pick them up.

 

im not sure if this will work I found out on HL2:EP2 for the achevments if you had cheats on you could save the game and reload it and cont to get achevments

 

From what I've heard deleting files won't work but you can still get the 30 intels achievement as long as you don't have cheats activated when you obtain it. IW/Activision is working on it, I guess.

 

Alright, I will try getting 30 enemy intels. Hopefully they fix the 15 enemy intels problem, I meen with cheats activated we shouldn't have been able to press x to pick up in the first place =\

Well this is great. I've acquired all 30 intels and I only gained the achievement for getting 30 enemy intels and am still missing the one for getting 15. Isn't there anything I can do?

 

Maybe start a new file focused on getting 15, that might work.
