Well Seattle, you should try to avoid borders, they really tie up your signature and make it look trapped. You got good flow and an interesting idea for the signature. I think you got a lot of potential indeed. Work on your lighting, and what I mean by that, is try to reflect a light source where you see the light meeting the shadows. See the light you got going on now doesn't really make sense. Also the color scheme is neat, but doesn't really go with the render. Don't worry, it takes a bit of practice, but you'll get it
