Ok first, lets make our document, now when building flash sites, i always try and make the main stage 800 x 600 so that even the people with 800 x 600 reso. they can still see the page. So how do people have a full flash page without the background running out on the stage? Well, putting the content off the stage is a great way to do so!. now look at this image, this is what we will be creating ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- http://img172.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img172&ima...lashpage2px.gif ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Notice how the stage is directly in the middle, and the content goes off the stage, youll see why we do this a bit later. Lets go to our page, and create a background, i will make some other tutorials on make backgrounds in flash, for now, just create some lines all over the page, like mine. Now, make sure it covers everything!, not just the stage, by the way the stage is the middle area, you know the stuff in the white, and the gray stuff is what the people wont be seeing. Ok so why are we putting it there anyway? Well we'll be creating it 100% at 100%, so the background will be all over the page, not just in the middle, neat huh? What do you mean exactly? I dont think i was very clear on it, posting in the morn after being up 3 days doesnt exactly make you think so clear.
i dont understand how this is a 100% flash page, you didnt mention pictures, graphics, or any animation at all :blink:
I know i was just explaining how to make a full page flash, However, i will be creating more tutorials on how to create background in macromedia flash, i just wanted to make sure you understood this before i babbled on into creating graphics, backgrounds, basicly anything in flash you know?
Mhmm i think you misunderstood, i wasnt creating a full flash webpage i was creating a full flash page to be displayed on all computers like the ones at www.rbk.com and www.limmy.com ill make a tutorial on how to make a full flash website. Thats all.
