as the title says, im new to this great forum and this is my first signature. u used adobe photoshop to create it.

tell me what you think!

 

you have a good idea for composition 'layout' just needs better depth perspective, try to color blend your subject just a lil more when tryin a reality style tag, but your not to bad lets see what other styles yo can do also , dont be afraid to try stuff out and check out our tutorial section, it helps alot not just in making tags but understanding photoshop in general..

thanks for your advice guys. ill work on the blending more. btw i only have photoshop elements...can those things be done on that? i should be getting photoshop 7 soon so i can do the backgrounds with the brushes and stuff, so i might have to wait untill then. thanks again for your input guys

 

yeah I was forced to go to elements and I made my currents with it. if you follow the tuts here on gr you will gain anywhere from a basic to ----- knowledge of the vast usage of photoshop the rest of it is the effort of experimentation

Nice sig overall for a start. I dont really like how it looks too foggy and doesn't really tie in with the background. But you are just starting so the sig is really good for a start.

 

no offense but it sucks..

 

id appreciate if you are going to say it sucks you would give me some critique on how to maybe imrove it. its fine if you think it sucks but thats not going to help make it any better. besides its my first one.

 

I have seen worst first sigs. honestly this blows my first sig out of the water lol. I would just read up on some tut and you would be good to go. You have tons of potential. Just check out the tutorial and resources section.

 

you really don't know how much that means to me man. im hoping to have a career in the video game industry when i grow up, and i read an article that you have to be able to produce high quality photoshop images. and thats what im going to do! thank you so much SyNiKaL v2. im working on a killzone and a another halo sig right now, and im going to try and use the tutorials to make them awesome

But i did it too when i started ^^
What you need to do is start reading some begginers tutorials, you'll get better in some time.

 

i go to do the tutorials, and after like 4 or 5 steps, my version of photoshop doesnt have the stuff they say to do. its kind of dissapointing...

 

So just get Photoshop CS or CS2.. ;D
