IMO find out what Ryan Shaw did to lead to his death...and follow it exactly...

Can I run 10K? Definetly not. And I wouldn't try as I get no type of enjoyment out of running. Sorry I don't run for fun.

    Sorry pal

I play soccer and can't STAND running for no purpose. We condition for the season for about a month beforehand, probably my least favorite part of the sport. I'd rather run with a ball at my feet.

im from norway.. so, i dont know if what i have to say is relevant or not but..
I train weight training, and im playing football sometimes..
i run 3000 meters on 12 minutes and 7 seconds.. this is just abit over an average youth in norway...
excercising is good, but its also good too sit still, on the computer.. or with a book..
if you excercise too much, youre gonna die.. like that shaw guy you mentioned..
find a balance between chilling and excercising..
and if you think youre too fat, stop eating all that fast food and after dinner snack.. and start walking some meters a day..
    it could do wonders..:)

i dont know if any of this were relevant.. but.. i just stated my opinion in excercising and lifestyle..

In your closet, watching you sleep.
It definitely happens though. A good friend of my family died recently and he was in perfect health. It was some heart problem that was caused by vitamins that he was taking...how crap is that?

Exercising is a lifestyle yeah, you make time free to be able to do it. I go to the gym atleast 4 times a week and I can tell you that it feels good, the food that you eat kinda adapts to the lifestyle. People like to stay home and watch TV, rather to go out and exercise.

    Oof?
    ...

    Congratulations.
The number of times you used first person pronouns in your opening statement speaks a lot about you. Now now, you may not like the health of your country but guess what? People are different.

Not everyone can run a 10k.
    Not everyone enjoys running.
And some people are overweight, deal with it, because some are happy.

Your whole statement was an ego-booster about how you're better then unhealthy people.

    'Grats, mate.
