I've been in a GFX Block for what seems like forever, and this is the first sig I feel remotely proud of in a LONG time.
i am not loving the white dots, my suggestion is to get rid of them, its good to have them sometimes, but its not good in this situation and many times you can have them no matter what, if the amount is limited, like going around a arm or weapon ar helping to create a flow, but this does now fit
The tag also looks sort of like a base to work out of. Looks like you can add more to it that can make it much better. From what you have right now, I will say that is looks good. Also what Hoads said.
