...I have seen things that do make me consider there is more to life than the physical world. However i would not go so far as to say this would work, or that there is a god and devil in the commercial sense we come across in society. I do though beleive that phenomenon such as psychics, future telling etc can be for real.
Fact is never 100% certainty, we as humans cannot understand fact because we ourselves are flawed. The only thing we have which can be considered fact is that something has been done enough times to almost 100% verify that it will continue in this way without an outside force acting upon it. Ie, if you put in the time on a microwave and hit start, its almost factual it will start unless it has worn itself down and broke, due to an outside use. An example of defying a fact, and thus taking it back to a scientific thesis would be jumping and defying gravity and floating off to space. As for black magic, etc. I personally have the opinion that the mind is an extremely strong tool, and that as long as you truly believe in things, you can do such things. There are stories and news articles of mere children lifting up cars off of their parents, which is a simple reaction of testosterone flowing through your body. Why would telekinetic events not be possible on the mental side when compared to the physical side. I do however, think that most people whom are as open minded to something such as demons, rituals, cults, etc. are likely going to be the people in which won't live long lives, and will have practiced the art enough privately to have butchered their soul rendering it incapable of channeling enough energy to become harmful to another person. By black magic, I do not mean throwing fireballs, creating icicles out of your hand, etc. by the way, so please don't turn that into some form of game version of black magic.
Variant on the definition of die. So far, the only thing we have to back up this claim is everyone so far has died, making it fact in terms of humans are concerned, but not 100%. People have gone missing and ASSUMED dead, but their bodies have never been found. There is always the chance that someone doesn't die. However small it may be, it is there. The only difference is whether or not someone from outside affects it, ie your killed, instead of yourself dying. Due to the world we live in, we can state virtually with 100% confidence that every person ever born will die either via time, or because of an outside source acting upon their death. However, as said, death alone, in its singular form, for anyone, is not a 100% certainty.
Not everyone dies, and not everyone stays dead. If your not an atheist, you believe Jesus was a man, whether he was a god, son of god, or w/e it doesn't matter. Every single religious scripture will speak of a man whom performed miracles, died, and rose again, then obviously didn't die after that. The simple fact that almost every single organized religions scripture states this is considered 'fact' by scientists, and in the court system, thus disproving entirely that there is a 100% certainty that someone will die unless you agree with my initial statement that nothing is every 100% certain, thus making the above fact being potentially inaccurate, and not 100% factual.
