By now, you’ve probably heard that 5 million frozen pizzas, most sold under General Mills’ Totino’s and Jeno’s labels, have been recalled because of an e. coli contamination problem in pepperoni that was produced by an outside contractor. If you haven’t heard, you can read the Tribune story.
Doesn't bother me because I don't buy those brands but for those who did and think they have been infected go to your doctors, ah its Taco Bell all over again.
Probably won't notice anything from that in Holland, but I think they should check first before they bring 'em in stores :S
wow......the world is coming 2 an end. I mean cmon.....its pizza!!! I tought osamma binladin (how u spell that...) was crazy, but after reading this that they're trying 2 spoil pizza.....OH NO! NOW ITS WAR 4 REAL!
Pfft. Listen! Any pizza is too good to die like that. I don't care if the pizza has freezerburn, a previously disturbed cheesehood, or was abused as a pepperoni---they just don't deserve a fate like that. I don't know about you, but I am above letting good pizza die without letting them know they're loved and eaten. So, give me the pizzas, I'll eat them e. coli or no. Let's show our loyalty to the pizzas, even if they are frozen, and thus a little lower on the culinary food chain. Thank you.
Wow, thankfully I discovered Red Baron pizzas recently (far better pizzas). However, I used to be a big fan of this brand. Glad I changed.
