    added a new rule to this because i loose many $'s while transaction due to the paypal fee :/

    or you could just say that they must include the paypal fee when sending the money. That would take care of everything.

    i'm pretty new to paypal so is it possible for the one who sends the money to see how much i am going to lose?

    There is. Paypal deducts a certain percentage each time. You just need to look to see how much it is.

    Just decline those offers unless it's a good deal, you are only allowed 5 of those types of transactions for 1 whole year! Use them wisely.. I made the mistake of letting them run out really fast, now I can't accept those anymore.
