    The second one defintly.

I would say the first one, just looking at the processor (total of 3.6 GHz) while the other is (3.0 GHz), so you can see why. The ram amount is the same, and so isd screen size/resolution. Although i don't care for ATI Radeon GFX card, I would have went with GeForce. But you pay for what you get. Who cares if the other one has 50 more GB, your not going to use it all anyway...
That is one hell of a deal dude. Buy 2, send me one ;)

Edit... Can RAM size be increased I'm seeing nothing for it...

BTW, I would suggest downgrading to XP esp for gaming and GFX, but thats just my opinion...

Took the words right out of my mouth. When your spending this much money on something you need to examine EVERYTHING. I would get a piece of paper and write down what each has and compare both.

switching speed is not cumulative. if you have one watch the hands tick at 60Hz. if you have two clocks the hands still tick @ 60hz. Also, the second oen is around 20% faster per clock. All in all the CPu in the 2nd is on par with that in the first.

also, the first one has a better video chipset if you're worried about gaming. That said the video chipsets in both are, for lack of a better term - pure crap.
