    Worked very hard on these, took me about 2 hours. No brush work whatsoever....

    Sorry, but its just a big mess. You can do that in 5 minutes with just piling up C4D's on top of each other.

    It lacks depth, flow, colouring, the render is covered with messy effects, it needs better lighting and ditch the border.

    I'd recommend you go try some tutorials.

    Ah, I did follow a tutorial pretty much. What you mean by flow and depth ?

    Flow is what guides your eye to the focal point on the sig. Depth makes the signature look 3d. Right now it looks flat.

    What do you suggest for depth, could you help me with that ? I haven't been able to find any tutorials on depth or flow.

    depth...try blurring the background slightly, so that the focal is more prominent. there is a great tutorial i believe is made by Chilled, which is really good and I recommend you check it out
