This is a decent sig, but fails in a couple of aspects.

    1) You can't really see the render, and even if you could, it's pretty bad quality. Maybe try a few Sharpen filters, combined with some Image Application amongst other things.
    2) The text is out of place, and just too visible. Unless text flows with the feel of the signature, it's not worth putting it in, or attention is drawn from the render, which is the focal point, usually. Especially with a drab render like this, the text draws far too much attention. Try setting it to Soft Light, and lowering the opacity. Even lowering the opacity alone is enough to counteract attention.
    3) The (I assume) C4D on the right is also too visible, and it doesn't really "go" with the signature. It's red, which suprisingly doesn't go with the brown. I would suggest unsaturating (removing the color with ctrl+shift+u) it, or lowering the opacity of it.

A couple of things wrong with that, it just doesn't grab my attention in the right places. 6.5/10

hold SHIFT while resizing a render, unless you purposely wanted the warp effect
and try make the render stand out a bit more, with more layers.
other than that, i like the style :)
