    it was featured in the previous release world exihibtion... why? i was asking if you could feature collabs?
    and what is this trick tass? it involves painting doesn't it?

    So, would vectoring an image count as photo-manipulation?

    no, otherwise it wouldnt be a manip just a vectored image..

    it depends, if you just created shape layers from the image and basically re-drew it then it isn't a manipulation of the image, but if you were to mix the vectors with the image then it would be

    more of a large collage theme than a large art theme... next month can we do something that pertains to your own artistic ability and not that of others?

    <span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS">I guess during all of this "debate" a lot of you forgot that the rules for this competition are the same as for the S.O.T.W. which means that ALL entries must be attached and must have the name clearly visible on the piece.

    Worry less about what other people are submitting and worry more about keeping your own piece from getting disqualified.</span>
