Here is the story, When debacle got banned by i believe it was Girly for who knows what. I lent him my account "Tos" To get a hold of someone to try and get unbanned. Me not thinking because he is my irl mate, i end up with a IP ban. Hard to find these things out being in the hospital for eight days. I have read the post about what the account was banned for, yet i find it weird considering i'm not the one who has done the rule breaking, he has. I was not affiliated or connected to that site what so ever. I'm sorry for the problems he has caused.

I can provide all information to the account, such as email, passwords etc for the administrators so i can receive my account back. I would classify this as a hacking, but he didn't have to hack considering debacle knew my password to my myspace, which he new i used the same password for everything. I do not try to blame this on him, it is my fault for allowing him on my account to get in contact with administrators. Though i believe since i was not the one who made the offense maybe some help here getting my account back. I can promise you that he will never again use any of accounts i own on any site, his behavior was out of pure selfishness(He advertised to get a promotion on a site) and he didn't once think of me or of what could happen. It for real is a bummer coming home and not being able to log on to one of your favorite sites, and mostly used. I do hope you believe i'm sorry for the trouble he has caused you. I will not be affiliated with Debacle online anymore, i will remain his friend irl but he will not step foot near my computer.

Please take this into consideration, I'm sorry for the trouble he has caused you, and i would like for him to take full responsibility for his actions, not me or my account(which he used wrongly and without my permission) I'm sorry.

Not to be a jerk, but we just can't do this. Anyone can come up with a story like this in the hope to get unbanned. I'm not saying you made this up and I DO believe you, but please understand we just can't take someones word and unban him.

You are responsible for whatever you do with your account. You gave someone full control over it and it sucks that the person you gave it to wasn't that trustworthy in the end. But it was your call and unfortunately you got punished for his actions.

 

I can provide a video if you wish. I got "Jumped" on the way to work(i live in an urban city, Newport, kentucky) i was stabbed, i can provide a video of papers my mom, my actually stab mark. I can prove that this story is true fully, and im sure him saying sorry to me and explaining it just today was a little late for this,

Thought i never gave him full control, i was laying on my bed and said he can pm someone real quick, yet i never said he could use it for ever, he did abuse knowing my myspace password, he got on here and advertised, i had nothing to do with this. I can prove everything and im sure he will tell you the same.

 

I talked to Tos about this when he returned, i know for a fact that it was debacle who was doing this not the real tos, as i know them both, i have logs on msn while i was talking to debacle about this, and he says "Tony was in the hospital when he got banned on GR so it wasnt him who did this"

 

Nica, or whom ever...I know it won't matter you guys are pretty set in your ways, and I've already spoken to someone privately on this matter. But if it will help, I can vouch for Tos...I know what happened and such and what he says is the truth. If the need be, get at me in IRC or MSN if needed.

He wanted to use your account to PM someone. In order for him to do this is by logging into your account with your password and you know that. And since you allowed him to use your account you gave him your password. And the moment he had your password he had full control over your account.

Like I said you are responsible for whatever happens with your account so you are held responsible for the PM advertising. I KNOW it's not fair but the blame falls on debacle and basically he ruined it for you.


I won't ban your Vine account for ban evading, so I guess you need to stick with this one.

 

I never told him my password to my gr account, i simple was already logged in and he was sitting on my bed, and he asked if he could pm someone, i said yes. he got on pmed a friend etc than i got back on, what he said was "I needed to get on to asked a few people to come to a site, so i remembered your myspace password and tried it, and it worked" i gave him my myspace password like 2 months ago so he could put this code in. I never once told him he could get on my account any time, i clearly said yeah pm them real quick as he did i stood there and than he stood up. than in a way he hacked me and sent those pms advertising the site when i was in the hospital. I had no idea that he actually knew my gr account pw, as ive done changed my pw to myspace about 1 month ago

 

So whats going on?

 

Heres where I have to be the bad guy, because this has always been our policy. Once you give someone any sort of access to your account, for whatever reason, you are responsible for what they do on that account. Your telling us you let him use your account to PM someone, so essentially, you allowed him to ba evade, which is also against our rules anyways. The Tos account is not going to be unbanned.

Should I also mention you where just on your Deo account LESS than eight days ago. Funny, thought you where in the hospital for 8 days? Lets make it even more interesting by saying, you where on your Deo account the SAME day those PMs went out with the advertising. Thats some thought to ponder, you might want to make sure all your stories match up, before you tell them. It really helps when your lieing.

Not to mention, it now seems a bit fishy, that just yesterday you pmed multiple mods, apologizing for what you did, and asking to return, yet there was no mention of this story at all. However, I suppose your going to say that was also not you. The story doesn't seem to add up. The staff will discuss this further, and provide you with an answer, if the answer is no though, any further attempts to ban evade, will result in a permenant ban.
