    Also i no this the pic isnt from the 4th game but awell. And this is just a beta of the wallpaper. Cuz i dont think its finished yet, and i need some help on it. So PLZ COMMENT!!

    I usually don't comment in this section, but that game will kick ass.
    Nice wallpaper, I'd use it. As for improving..I dunno, maybe blur the places where the light is or sagat(slightly his legs), or use the blur+lighten technique on a couple places?

    Keep lighting effects that is coming from clouds above, but you should definetly take out the two lens flares (by ryu's head, and the the other guys hand) why you ask? because neither have a reflective surface
    IMO thats what I would change as a digital arts perspective...
    otherwise its very good :)
