i'm lookin for a really cool design with a nautical star for a tattoo. i've looked around in local tattoo shops and online and i cant find anything that suits me. i'd like to get the star in blue in white or red in black i'm not sure yet but i want a design in the backround that makes it stand out. if it helps i'm lookin to get it on my right forearm. i remember somewhat about how this request works and i'm willin to give 30 credits for the one i use. btw i just got outta the army and i haven'y been here for a while so i have no idea if thats a good deal. it sounds ok to me so lemme know if its not. well hey thanks ahead of time and i appriciate it alot ^_^

I've done a few designs for my own tats as well as a couple other's as well. I apprenticed in for one of the most well known artists in the Carolinas. My advice is get a fully custom piece, go to your artist and let him know what you want...have him sketch up some ideas. The nautical star is an awesome design in itself...not sure your take on flames...but a background in flames (tribal) could be nice as well. Not sure if this is your first tat or not. But don't get "white", white ink fades very very quickly, it only looks good right after its done. Once it starts to scab up, itll pull the white out. I actually have a couple nautical star/flame designs in my sketchbook. Ill vectorize and post up if you'd like.
