You have low self-esteem for yourself, I think your purely great at what you do. You don't seem rusty at one bit, I like your current, very nice. A lot of detail just what I like to see. As you say you haven't made a banner over a year, Welcome back to making art my friend.
Work on colour, depth, text, flow, composition and lighting. Your currents are too sharp and grainy and over contrasted. I'd recommend taking a look at some tutorials. Welcome back.
