I think i made up some pretty cool effects. I made everything except the sprite and a few C4D renders. hit me up with some CnC and a suggestion for text por favor.
Yeah, it makes you wonder if one of your eyes is darkening the side, you could add a little bit of flair to the left side of it for sure. But it does look nice overall.

It's not that, you need to really utilize the options on Photoshop. Switch from the light to the dark background and make it Multi-Suitable. Something that looks good on light might not if it's not light.
haha. its alright. i know plenty of people who dislike sprite sigs. the best argument against them is that all too often the sprite looks really incongruous. but thats what i wanted to avoid with this.
^certain aspects of his tag look ok. the bg and effects look ok. this isn't like a stock in which if you did it bad then you would have to change the entire thing. this is a sprite sig. meaning that maybe you could apply the same effects but insert a different sprite. and btw, hate is a strong word. i'd never say that about somebody's sig. and pianoman, keep up your work. those are only MY two cents.
Looks much better with the text in my opinion. I like the effects, and the bg creates a great focal point. Good stuff even though I don't really like sprite tags.
