    Not liking the border, and the tag looks a little flat. Nice job on the effects though.

    wow i love it..great affectsJust the border colours but dont look bad either.

    v2 ftw , i like this peice but its a bit flat .

    A bit too bright, border doesn't suit it in terms of color in version one, and lack of depth. If I were you, I'd take the second version, add some contrast, more depth in terms of blur and/or sharpening, and possibly try colors besides green to give it variety. Nice concept and effects for the background though. I can't wait to see the final product ;)
