look, my computer runs fine, better would be good but it's not a must, only the games run at 15 FPS (lowest settings) and I am wondering that if i would upgrade my video card does it improve my FPS or do i need to upgrade more in it?
    specs:
amd semperon 3000 running at 1.8ghz.
    1000 mb ram
    ati radeon 9250

and do I need a new powersupply? i got like 300-400 in it atm

    PS I am thinking of getting a ATI 1950 P_R_O 512 MB

sorry but I really don't think you need a 500W power supply just for a video card...

The psus that come with your pcs are absolute ----, and arent ment for gaming. The minimum for a X1950 --- is around 450 Watts you know?

oh really take a look at this:
    http://www.extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine
I filled in my PC's specs and it calculated 200 Watt, so a PSU of 300 should be more than enough...
