Why Cant I Start A New Topic?

right i'm really fed up here... i've been workin solidly on my site for the graphics community, the whole site is driven by the community. sooo seeing as its a reasource site and i saw other sites being posted in the resource forum i posted it there, then realized that it might be better off in the tutorial section seeing as it's a tutorial site, then someone kindly told me that theres actually an advertising forum so i thought i'd leave a message saying if this is in the wrong place then please could you move it. so anyways go off to work come home and realize both threads had been locked and my link removed.... ok so i thought right start over, time to stick it in the right place, so i go to make a new topic in the advertising section and i got an error saying you dont have permission .... so right i'm really loosing faith in gamerenders right now and it's staff all i wanted to do was give something back..

was looking forward to commin home and seeing if anyone had joined (which obvously didnt happen)
but yeah if anyone can help it would be reallly appreceated (spelt wrong i know, but aint dyslexia a bitch)

Read the rules... You can't post in the advertising forum... You need to have 20+ or 25+ rep over so many posts and you need to pay 500 credits to the staff. You can't post a link to your site in resources because it is not a genuine resource site.

 

what do you mean it's not a geniune resource site lol...

 

You cannot advertise your site anywhere on GR, other than the Advertising section.
To advertise in that section you need a good post and rep count, and donate 250 GR credits( per topic) which will be taken out of the system.
