I'm currently working on this sig and am debating on weather or not to put text in. If you think I should, any tips? I was going through colors and fonts and couldn't find anything I liked. Also, hows it look right now, anything I should do to it?

i agree, also maybe do more with the background and one use one of those. because your trying to add 3 focal points and its not good on the eyes. Read some tuts.

which one of them should I use. I like the middle, and can make it bigger smaller if I need to.

Well, all the renders are Low quality, and the background is plain, and the renders are totally unblended. It lacks all the basics of a sig, and if it were me, i'd scrap the thing altogether and start anew with a tutorial onscreen.

yea, maybe they're low quality cuz its from a little older anime. Find a high quality Samurai Champloo render and I'll praise you.

if you like that style it would probably go to using naruto renders. i am not really liking the sig. the focal parts is hard to make look good. also it lacks effects

i agree with the others... try to be more creative... read some tuts in tuts section then apply what you've learn..

  10. You have a long way to go graphic-wise, so I guess I'll help you out. Here are a few tips that helped me out:

-Always use just one render unless you are going to blur the others
-Use brushes over renders to "blend"
-Make use of gradients, create your own!
-Read up on a bunch of tutorials and combine ideas (GameRenders Tutorials: http://www.gamerenders.com/forum/index.php?showforum=8)
    -Download PSD's for extra tips
    -Experiment and have fun!

    Hope that helped.

    Yeah,
I've tried the whole "more than one render" thing,
And I've killed every one of 'em I've tried. lol

I would scrap it mate. :(
Blending can do wonders for a sig.
Also, when you start using c4ds for
effects and all, your work will start to
    look good. ;)

Just read up on some of the tuts here on
    GR. They're great. ;)
