i like it. but its a bit chaotic looking for my taste.
you need to work on you text
it doesn't fit with your tag

and you need better lighting
also work on your depth

Placement of text could be a bit improved.
Also, as Hazed has said, lighting and depth need some work.

 

Its not that bad but I've seen better versions of the same sig

I'm not a big fan of grudge. Try using a stock instead? Also, the text needs to be fixed. There's some great tutorials on text.
