well goodd for you, I know you've done a lot for the community and I appreciate that, because all that's keeping me here is the community, seeing that I stopped doing gfx a while back. And I was so pissed because a part of that community, a part that I liked, was banned, or left because they ddin't like the rules here. I liked the idea of a bank and I love the skin, I was one of the first members to agree on the steal item to be a good idea! But I don't agree on having some bans and the way that some of the staff takes criticism (not you because you seem to be the only one who is capable of a serious discussion). That's my oppinion and it is my goddamn right to have it. anyway I'm going to bed, I'll check how this turns out later
I find that funny Kennedy, seeing as I am the next admin in line and have had admin access for the last few months now on my account with all the administrators agreement, what are you going to do? Huh? What is the community going to do? Leave? For every person that claims they are leaving this site, another 10 register, our unique hits go up daily, and our revenue on the site just keeps going up. What, am I going to get hacked, or are the dutchies just gonna keep doing what they are already doing and keep attacking me until I find a reason to ban them from the site... or are they going to make actual threats which can have lawsuits filed for? Or what? Huh, whats going to go bad for dem, because throw it at me, you wanted corrupt dem, here I am, if you wanna piece of me, come get some.
If you keep acting like this I would seriously hope Shaggy and the rest of the staff reconsider making you the next admin. I have never had a problem with you personally, but what I've been seeing from you recently is just plain unprofessional and frankly, immature.
I did, this is just further proof that I have ACP access, because admins aren't limited by the censor. 3 of which were removed for inactivty. The more inactive a mod is, the more you seem to like them, its so odd... see what I mean? The active staff you don't like because they are the ones that hand out the punishments. I spend hours of my time a day here posting resources, posting replies to questions, posting ideas in the staff sections, talking with people 1 on 1, hell I have even helped counsel a few people here who were going through rough patches in their life. Yet the ONLY things you guys can ever focus on is the negative aspects of everything here, and its always selfishly negative, not community negative (well sometimes they are one in the same, but you know). You guys just want a place where the currency is worth RL money but has no rules so you can flame and spam and be idiots. If you want a site like that, go elsewhere.
I am talking about the time when they actually were active. They were great as active mods. And, over the last year, the community of GR has gotten more credit-hungry, and got bigger "e-attitudes". The community used to be much nicer to each other. Now everyone's throwing ---- and acting cool, so they can feel better irl. Btw dem, some of the current staff are doing a great job.
Because this whole issue, the topic itself is about the credits and one really minor change you guys keep blowing into epic proportions. 100% whole heartidly agree, and if there was a way we could get the community to be what it was, we would.
Take away the credits completely...If you really want to find community, take away the credits and see who sticks around to actually help other people by posting resources, etc.
Are you talking about GR members as a whole cause I already said you were cool and I like debating with you + I like the changes ... its like a eps. of las vegas hehe "Anything Can Happen"
Unfortunately, I and the other staff feel the site has fallen into such a pit with the credits that removing the credits completely would removing most of the members from the site, which isn't a move we are prepared to take. Thank you, and yes, I was speaking stereotypically. Now, I have to go shopping so I will be back in a few hours.
