asside form well hung, who got banned?

seriously. I'm going to be blunt usually when you're known to be a jerk and you're flaming multiple staff members and you say you're leaving...
it leaves you wide open to the axe.

he is still welcome to ask if he can come back though. If he straightens up and relaxes a little then... Look how many times majin's come back.

basically stuff is going to be a little off for a bit. people will get over it and things will settle down. Look at EBK. That dude. Seriousy. He's the onyl one who has any right to complain. He's acting admirably. Wish more people were as chill about it as him.

again, the item was here a while ago.
It's not the staff doing it.
    it's your fellow members.
and they steal knowing that overall it will probably cost them.

    I DON'T GIVE A ---- ABOUT THE ITEM

I'm pissed about several staffmembers acting like assholes
and I'm pissed about morv and painore getting banned
    and gacus
    and sacrifice
and every othe member that has been banned in the last few months
for some reason everyone that has an opinion seems to get banned for small offences
sacrifice for asking about buying GW accounts
morv for flaming in his sig
    painore for a bull---- threat

all offences that would normally be solved with a warning
but for some reasons all of them got banned right away

and I'm pissed at Dior for going from a cool guy into a ------ after he got staff position

I have never banned someone for disagreeing with me.

I have banned someone for challenging my decision and having a forewarned agreement to be banned if I proved what I was trying to prove. IE: Gacus.

You know what as well? Every. single. global. or higher has done it, both on the current team and in the past members. You also know the best part about that? If their ego didn't step in the way, and they actually thought about things rather than trying to be an e-thug, they would realize they were wrong, and that staff was right.

Oh, and as for not being here, etc. I was here I am positive before any of the current members whom are still active. I was around before this site was really popular, and before the IPB boards were even put up. I may not have posted much, but I was here, and the major downfall to the site are people like most of the actives now. They show up, they never buy anything, they sell everything for absurd prices most non-multiple hour a day on GR people can't even afford, and then they sell it for cash, and leave. The amount of people who are new, they don't even go to the marketplace, they enjoy the resources, they enjoy the community, something MOST of you guys aren't even committing to helping. The NEW members are enjoying what all of you guys USED to enjoy when all of you guys were NEW.

The result of this item is because of you guys, your selfish ways, and your ignorance towards helping the site. Oh no, I lose 2.5% by putting credits into the bank and each transaction, OMG, the world is going to end. Even myself, with 158,000 credits, and the most on hand credits of anyone on GR of all time, lose 4,000 credits (more than most people have) by depositing them in the bank. You know what? They all get deleted. That means the overall credits on GR drops, which means the overall value of 1 credit increases, but from all the arguments I have heard, thats a bit of an accomplishment. Now, at the time of this post, the credits in the store are 2,498,648 and by the time I finish this post, 150,000 of those credits will be gone, dropping us down to 2,348,648 and making me have a total of 8,000 credits instead of the 158,000 I had. I single handily gave out more credits on a monthly basis than most of you guys are whining about like you were just castrated.

You see, credits are not this huge deal you make it out to be. I don't really care for them, and the sole reason I use them is to buy things to make tutorials to give them out to the new people who enjoy the access, something you guys have long forgotten in your selfish en devours. I have bought over $100 in memberships for Gamerenders. I have donated far over 50,000 credits in total between friends, loans, the GR Mafia, Spread the Happy, etc. I have donated thousands, literally, or signatures, tutorials, brush sets, patterns, etc. across all of my alternate accounts, but you guys aren't grateful for that, all you guys can see is 'zomg dem is the root of all evil, he obviously is the major flaw in everything at GR'. I have a newsflash for you, the things tearing this site down were member recommended things that started well and went to shit after people whom were talented at their design came in to virtually rob people of their credits for virtual art which honestly isn't worth $0.02.

The marketplace, which was mainly inspired by Andrew, and one of the reasons Andrew did so well in terms of credits, was a member recommended object. Andrew was the one who started the selling of art, since then, the selling of art has dropped community value lower and lower, until tutorial selling became a fad. People started thinking that their tools for learning were actually worth something, and they started selling those. The prices crept up fairly equally until 1 day. Durial20's sprite tutorial, sold hundreds of times for 300-400 credits. Durial20 is almost single handily the reason why credit ratios shot from as low as 100:1 to 200:1, and their current market value due to the selling of this tutorial. This inspired staff to make a rule, which was to babysit all of you credit hungry whores who really should have left the site as soon as the bank was released. Tutorials max value: 50 credits a piece for LR. This was a huge upset, almost as big as the item at the current time is. Over time, thanks to MY TOPIC IN STAFF, we agreed to loosen the rules, and came up with our 3 strike policy, which is *generally* followed. I also created a staff FAQ displaying appropriate punishments based on severity and how many times a rule has been broken by a member. I also brought up how we should be more leniant and part of that is allowing you guys to set your tutorial limits again.

This entire issue was because we wanted to take 2.5%, a measly 2.5% of all transactions off the top and delete them from the system. You guys bitched like crazy, piss and moan. Everything the staff does here on GR, you always piss and moan, things aren't going your way. This is a newsflash, things will not always go your way, you will always have to endure some form of personal loss for the gain of the community, if your not willing to do so then leave.

In 2 days we have lowered the credits to nearly 2/3 of what they were. We went from over 3,500,000 credits to under 2,300,000 credits. This is a HUGE deal, yes, and some were hit harder than others, unfortunately some of them were hit by staff hard and those two were reimbursed. This is the staffs shot back at you guys, for all the constant flaming, all the bickering, all the bitching, all the whining you guys continually do no matter what we do. So far we have accomplished removing more credits in 2 days than we accomplished in 6 months with the introduction of fining, turning the credits for posts off, etc. and this is also encouraging a flow of credits through the system, by not wanting to deposit them for losing 2.5% (omg a whole 2.5%) you don't want them sitting on your account, so your bidding, your selling, your trying to scramble to get back the credits you lost to get back into your comfort zone.

In the end, every single decision here on GR has been with the staff as a wholes vote, and more often than not a member vote, or a member recommendation.

You all need to stop whining and be more grateful for the things we do give to you, its getting ridiculous.
