Yes, once information gets out about it. We are not the news, we are the government here. Government rarely makes press releases on stupid stuff like raiding or lowing taxes minorly, and the only time they announce minor things is when they have a lot of things to announce, so they knock it all out with 1 stone. Look at how many people hate EVERY government, its rules, its policies, people hate it, who cares, without it the country would be torn to shreds.
