not unless theres proof that you had "x" amount of credits. without proof, theres nothing we can do. but there may be proof in the logs, you never know.

 

The proof is there, you did NOT have 20k credits, but nice try on that. You had around 17k, I dont remember the exact amount off the top of my head, but it wasnt 20k. I will get around to taking care of this later though.
