That was the time the topic was made.

You've had well over two days to set up your bank.

Kirbir you said there's nothing you can do, what of Muss? didnt he pay USD for all his credits like $120+

No offense i dont think that this was thought through, I mean I earned my creds so I am like 60% okay about losing them, but for the people that paid USD for them, dont you think that will cause some trouble?

It was designed for destruction and chaos, I doubt it will be restocked

I don't know about the guys who paid for the credits, i only found out about this today when i came online. I knew something was going to happen because of 2 topics that i read. If anyone paid for their credits i suggest they talk to an admin about it and see if they can get the credits back. As far as i know and what i was told this morning, no-one is going to be refunded the credits that they have lost.

As far as i am aware, i don't think the item is going to be restocked, it says never next to the restock. I would have to ask Logic if it will be restocked to be 100% positive about this though, as soon as i find out i will let you guys know but as i have stated i find it unlikely that it will be.

    It wont be re-stocked...

And the staff hid their credits until it was safe...to my knowledge...

    Exactly.

And don't come and say "YOU COULD HAVE WARNED US!" because Logic did.

I would liek a restock, and also make sure we can steal money from the staff, isn't that more fair? :)

This hasn't effected me but it's absolutely ridiculous, is this some sort of revenge against the members who whined about the updates? Because they weren't grateful for the bank or some other updates? If so that's just childish, just ignore the whiny posts if you dont like it, if a few peoples comments upset you that much then maybe you need to step down, in a forum with thousands of users you can't expect to please everyone, and if that's not the case this was just a ridiculous idea.

Someone could have thousands of credits, dont come on GR for a couple of days and all their credits are gone. Even being on GR their credits were still stolen. I don't even know Dr!ver but I have seen his shop, it's massive and a whole lot of work would've went into that but without any warning months / years worth of sales get turned to nothing. There wasn't even any warning of the item, maybe a weeks notice to get your credits in the bank would've been fair (still a stupid idea) but some of the Admins / Mods etc. would rather get a few laughs out of everyone losing their hard earned credits.

This isn't just virtual money either, obviously they can be sold for cash so someone could lose $40 without realising it. As that is not a huge ammount I doubt anyone would have a case in court but if they wanted to take it up I'm pretty sure they'd have a strong case, and I know the standard response is "The GR server is private property so we can do what we want" but it dosn't work like that, you can't invite someone to your house then break the law, but since it's on your private property it dosn't matter. Even if it's written in the Terms & Conditions when joining the site it still does not mean you can do what you want.

I'm pretty sure Shaggy wants people on this forum, we don't owe admins etc. anything, Gamerenders is a service being provided to us, some people maybe grateful for that and others might whine about things but if you're going to response like this to situations that is just ridiculous. One of the main attractions to this site is the Auctions, Offers and Requests etc. but now people have to be careful when buying / selling stuff, they could go to buy a service they'd saved up for take their credits out and if they're not fast enough they could get stolen, of the person they sent them to could get stolen before they log back in, then since there's no proof of the transaction they'll think they didn't send it and it'll create more problems.

I'm a pretty laid back person and have generally agreed with and appreciated most things the Admins have done on this Forum but this is the most childish / ridiculous / unfair update I have ever seen. I assume a lot of people would leave GR for this (those who lost a lot of credits mainly).

You may steal all of my 10 credits if you wish to do so, the rest of my credits were deposited into my bank account where they are safe.

This isn't something like, killing someone, so it's obviously not the same case.
