Hmmm. The tag is probably a 5.5/10 for me. The scanlines don't look very good. :/ The birds and the bubbly stuff looks cool but clashes with the rest of it imo. Remove the scanlines and it would look a lot better.
The render is overcontrasted, and doesn't suit the vectored style of the rest of the sig. That big black line to the right of the render is killing it, and the text is too much.
