I just figured since Transformers is coming out soon I'd take a look and see how much the Blu-Ray version was going to cost and what did I find? It's exclusive to HD-DVD! This was going to be the first Blu-Ray movie I was going to buy but not anymore! I'm not going to go out and buy a HD-DVD player just for one movie so, I guess I'll have to live with a DVD version. Source Bad News for PS3 owners.
thats because micheal bay dumped blu ray after 12hrs when he said he will do it on blu ray but he changed his mind to HD after watching 300 lolz Micro$hit has fkd everything over in the optical media area frigin console wars .. optical media wars frigin BS - Just release the dam thing to consumers - THey wont be making any money if consumers were not buying it in the first place !! all about the FRIGIIN MONEY always has been * angry *
thats just a BS move by paramount, just think how many people would like it on blu ray who dont own a hd dvd player. I have a ps3 so blu ray for this kind of film is needed, i have 300 on blu ray so why not Transformers?? Lost sales
I agree completely Pulse, it should be released in ALL formats. Especially this movie, I was really looking forward to it.
lol @ untitled Yeh spiderman 3 is being released on all formats, even on the UMD... so why isnt transformers being released on all formats?? stupid dumb paramount -_-
leetsauce makes me giggle. Blu-Ray is outselling HD almost 3-1 if you count every country they are both in.
I might just end up buying the 360 attachment, because I get 6 free movies with it... Basically paying for the unit itself. And if I do that, it doesn't matter who wins the format wars. I think Blue-Ray has the upper-hand, though. I only have 2 Blue-Ray's Taledaga Nights, which came with the first shipments of the PS3 and The Fifth Element, and I am not looking to get much more, since I don't mind watching things on DVD.
why do i go to wallmart and find all the hd movies are sold but none of the blue ray. its not better then hd iv watched both hd and blue ray
