Looks pretty nice to me.
I just don't really think the boxes near the text are necessary.
Probably my fav. from yours so far. I like the depth and the BG colours.

Yep. Depth is awesome. Lighting is also very good. The boxes are alright, but they aren't necessary like 2fang said.

But like Hadouken said it is kind of boring, and i think its cause of a lack of effects. There arent many in this sig.

 

I kinda wanted to keep it that way though.
Went for more of a smooth look. So I didn't get
crazy with the effects.

There are some in there, they're just not
very pronounced.
