I got the tut from DeviantART.
It wasn't too hard. The warping of the rainbow was
a royal pain though.

 

Good job for a first sprite tag, I'm liking the colours and text here.

I prefer v1.
The white areas at the bottom are a bit strong/bright IMO & the light-blue bar seems out of colour.
Nice first sprite attempt (spritesRfun!) Hops.

I was surprised when I heard you used GIMP, because most of your tags looks like they were made in PS
