hey guys im applying for this scholarship that would let me pick a country to visit for about 6 wks in the summer, and im having some trouble deciding where to go the two countries im interested in are japan and korea. there are some things that i really like about each place, but theyre kind of evenly balanced one question that im not sure of is which country has the better technology for sale (i.e. cell phones, computers, gaming systems, etc. - of course, they must be US compatible) as for korea, the main reason why id want to go is for korean bbq and the starcraft channel on tv of course theres probably some other stuff there that id be interested in, but still so which place should i go?
JAPAN DUDE, they definitely have the better sales for most things when it comes down to technology whether its for gaming, computer, hand gadgets or whatever you may need. Tokyo, Osaka are some great cities to visit as well if you get the chance to go.
Japan is where I would go. Why? Anime is the main reason. There both good places to visit, sadly I haven't visited either so I couldn't help in the technology department.
Japan. I've been there once and it was great. Never been to Korea, I don't think it'd be much better.
Japan. It's the most industrialized country in the world so of course you'll be able to get your cell phone and what not. As for Korea, it's really not a good place to go at the current time.
