We sell game servers, web hosting, teamspeak, ventrilo(in april), half life TV, and shoutcast. Must Demonstrate Professionalism. Must Have Or Get MIRC Jobs we are offering at this time: Salesmen, and Assistant Manager. About Salesmen Area: Our salesmen run the ad’s on mIRC they go and look for the customers and bring them to the company, to get the sale. They get paid on 10% commision just like every staff member is. Unless they get put in another area of work (lower or lesser of work). If you want more commision you must be in a higher ranked area in the company. Or sell more as in, after 3 sales you 2$ a month, after 6 sales you get 6$ a month after 12 sales you get 9$ a month and so on… Your pay will not start till 3 sales are made (commision will still count per each sale made). About Assistant Managers Area: You would be helping the owner of GameRebels, you will be helping the other Manager of GameRebels, and you will be making sure all staff is doing what they are supposed to. You will be in a lot of the decission making for our products, and making sales. If we need something done you will be there to help us out and so forth. You will be paid what a manager gets which is 15% commision of every sale you make, and you will be paid (after 3 sales) 5$ a month for every 3 sales you make. I am interested. I am 15 years old, and I will try to contact you on MSN. I will have to try and convince my parents of this, but I am sure that I will probably get to apply for the job. I will probably shoot for the Assistant Manager job, but I will take the Salesman job too if I cant get the Manager spot.

Problem with payment. 6 sales=$6 12 sales= $9 If your going to change the ammount, make it go up. Or else, I could just cash in each 6 sales I make, and get an extra 3 dollars.
No it does go up man, you get commision + 3 sales = 2$ a month 6 sales = 4$ a month 9 sales = 6$ a month 12 sales = 9$ a month 15 sales = 12$ a month But, I can probaly work out something else, as far as hire payment. when getting to higher sales.
