Cannot Start Ps

Ok... first time im encountering this problem so its really strange for me. Anyway the problem is that my Adobe Photoshop CS2 isnt fully opening... after all the puglins are launched it goes on fine until its at the blank section where u start... it brings up a msg... here is a picture of that exact message and problem.

right click it and select > run as administrator if your account has the privileges

if not get your dad/mum/owner of the pc to give you admin privileges

 

right click the icon? and im the only account on my computer my parents dont use it

Edit: Tried it and it doesnt work either... it comes up with the same message

 

reinstall looks like the favourite option :/
or try re activating it.

 

reinstalling doesnt work, that was my first choice.
After doin some serious wiping i got it fixed. For Future Notice for anyone else this is what i did
