Wmp + Aim

Both are up-todate.. but won't work? I have no clue what's wrong.. I've tried everything, reinstalling, etc..

 

check 2 see if your firewall is conflicting with them..and whta do you mean they dont work

 

Most likly being blocked like the person above said...try disableing it for like 10mins or open it up and put the programs in the allow list

They won't open whatsoever..

More and more of my programs are being disabled.. like.. I double click.. I wait.. and nothing opens.. :S

I've checked my firewall.. and my anti virus.. and that's not the problem.

I recently got a new IP Address cause we changed our service plan, could this be the case or something?!

 

Now I can't Start -> Run -> Ipconfig

What the hell?! I can't even ipconfig now!
