your off to a better start then i was lol more texture in bg and it will help depth also some foreround effects to blend in the render

 

I suggest trying some tutorials to learn some new stuff if you're a beginner.

The text could use some work & it could use some more effects, but keep trying and you'll get something nice

 

Good for a beginner but like 2Fang said, I also suggest trying some tuts, too bland IMO.

 

dont try too had with the text, looks like bevel and all sorts of styles.
nice render and colours though.

Needs more effects used on the background. You would benefit from looking at some tutorials.
