    does anybody know which photoshop free and the best one to use for making things like sigs and whatever ... and where to download it??

    photoshop isnt free, the best version is cs3 extended and it costs 750$....cs2 is like 200$ now....GIMP is free though....

    whattabout adobe photoshop elements 4.0 cuz i got that for free .... does anyone use gimp to do their sigs

    There are quite a few people that use GIMP to make tags.

    Photoshop isn't free.

    Use GIMP if you want to stay completely legal.
