    What stresses me out the most is how people take life for granted. I mean you 24 hours in a day and it goes by to fast to stop and appreciate everything. all you guys (girls) are materialistic and should just stop and think about what matters most to you. maybe you wont be so stressed out.

    Stress is what you make it.
    Work, family, school....etc is not tough.
    The key is to relax.....life is not a race.
    Stress and pressure is the guy above you
    trying to make you work faster/better/more then you want.
    Work and preform at your own pace and life is easy.....

    The secret to life is easy....breathe as you preform.
    Feel yourself breathe in and out as you do...whatever.
    Don't try to preform faster then you breathe.
    Think about it...

    Don't get me wrong, I appreciate my good health and lack of disability, but you gotta admit...Not being able to drive sucks,lol. And if that was a slick way of calling "us" girls, then haha. Caught you on that one. xD
