Quick tip create rules a forum without rules is going to be trashed with spam and nonsense such as 1 I hate anime (since this is a forum for anime) 2 YOu GuYs SuCk (not that i feel that way) but it'll be an improvement and it manages members also i'd do more than just anime if your narrow in your forum then it'll a small community.
