It's a bit bright, and the text is too big.

If the bright part got fixed along with some text re-adjustments, it'll looks better.

 

What should I do with the text?

 

I would pull it away from the lighting a little and make it a bit smaller.
Tag is lookin' like it's on the right track though.
Like the effects. Hot. Just work on the brightness and text and it'll be
sweet.
