Depends what style. Sometimes I've spend 1 - 1.5 hours on a reality style one, searching for the perfect stock, or have spend ages pen-tooling.

35 minutes sounds about right...i usually spend a little more.

Anyway text is great but poor positioning. Also it seems faded in some areas but not much you can do about that now. GJ on the blending.

 

It's hard to read the text and some areas are empty, but I'm lovin this sig for some reason. o.0

Here's my oppinion :

A Chimerathon (Chimera that's 26.2 miles long) made the bg for this tag.
Then it attacked Samus with it. Samus handed the Chimerathon it's butt royaly.
Then this little thing called an Awesomander (Salamander that looks awesome) puked all over the bg
that the Chimerathon dropped when it was killed. Samus is then hyper-warped into the tag and decides
she doesn't like being there so she starts to burn up with radioactive gamma rays which explodes out of the tag
and causes a wildcat destablization in the Gamerenders forums which causes many comments on this post and thus
drives Inverse's rep up like a rocket.... No, a Strocket (A streaking rocket, ya know like people who streak.).
