I just picked up my copy today after school at GameStop. The line was so gd long. I had to wait almost 40 minutes and I was in the pre-order line (there was about 3 lines). I can't wait until I get my live up and working again. ^.^
Halo 3 is out, i had a free period today, and i drove down to gamestop, got my game in 2 minutes, and went directly to play online. So far its pretty good, i like the Veto option. Everyone who has a 360 will ussualy have live, its part of the 360 experience, its ike saying i have a computer but i dont have internet. My friend picked his up and we were playing some 4 player co-op online and it was pretty good. I cant say much about story since im not too worried about it. Most people who are serious gamers don't play games for story mode. I will also say this game would be a perfect 10, except that the built in friends list and all that from H2 is not in GAYLO 3. I don't understand how people don't bash a game like WOW which is as stupid as it gets, and they will bash H3 because they want to be different. Anyone who likes halo 3 is a fanboy. What happens when gears Of War 2 comes out? Will everyone that gets it be considered a fanboy? Halo 3 is whats hot right now, when i was driving back home, i stopped by the other gamestop in my area and see if they had any non pre-order copies left, they said they were totally sold out. I believe this will outsell both H1 and H2 together. I also saw a couple of people trading in huge ammounts of games, systems and others to buy a 360 to play their pre-ordered Gaylos 3. So far this game is as good as its going to get in console gaming. This is all my opinion, if you like fast paced shooter that relies not only on skill, but also teamwork, then get Gaylo 3. I believe that unless UT 08 or GOW2 comes out with a huGEEEEEEE same, Gaylo 3 will rule console gaming for at least 2 more years. It will be more if it gets popular in tournaments.
