hmmm..

 

Looks great when I first looked at it. Nice atmosphere and text. But it starts to seem a little messy if you look at it longer. Idk. :unsure:

Ehh. Filterless. Most of it is smudging.

 

right is nice, left really ruins it :/

the white outline on his left looks weird, and distracts the lighting

remove the text too, and get rid of that white line, and try improving the quality of the stock by getting a like 1-3px brush on blur tool, and blur parts of the skin, but not like defining features, just skin sections, will make it look much higher quality

edit: btw, where's ciel and foo :/ and i think sairos and ascillor posted a while back saying they're leaving gfx or something, yeah?

 

Ascillor is pretty active on Act One Art.

Oh, and about improving the quality of stocks, I use the Dust and Scratches filter (under the Noise tab). Then I just erase off the extra bits, leaving only the skin. Pretty much the same effect as nifty's.
