Not enough wow factor. It has nice placement, nice text placement, and nice color. There are so many changes I would've made to this sig. The render is very low in contrast, and the way it flows with the background is very basic. I would have made those blue lights on his armor very bright, and part of the main focus. The light is hitting him from the left, but way back in the background. So, make it that way. The light you have behind him doesn't match the angle of impact on the render, and the brightness of it doesn't match.
